Do you offer returns?

For all the MONTAROCK bracelets we offer a ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the bracelets purchased at www.montarock.com. You have 30 calendar days to return the bracelet(s).

Please note:

  • because we sell custom-made products, we are not obliged by law to refund. However, we want 100% satisfied customers that is why, we do offer the ‘30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee’
  • Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your package is marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier.
  • Day 1 of the 30-day window begins on the delivery date provided by the carrier's tracking information.

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot accept a return.

What if I just don’t like my product?

We’re sorry to hear that, but we’re here to make things right! With our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, you can return the item hassle-free—no questions asked. Simply request a return, and we’ll take care of the rest.

How do I start the return process?

If you’d like to return an item, simply follow these steps:

1. Contact Us

Send an email to support@montarock.com, and we’ll provide you with the return address within 24–48 hours.

2. Return Requirements

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging. (we accept MONTAROCK bracelets with the original tags attached in the box and the bracelet(s) must not show any signs of usage) .
  • Products returned without their original packaging may incur a fee, which will vary depending on the item.

3. Processing Your Return

  • Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
  • Refunds are typically issued within 1–2 days of receiving the item.

4. Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be made via credit card or PayPal.
  • Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

5. Important Time frame

All return and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery to help avoid issues such as lost packages.

Are shipping charges refundable?

No, they are not. 

Is there a restocking fee? 

Per bracelet will incur a 15% restocking fee. 

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Yes, customers are responsible for the shipping costs, and for all incurred delivery fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges for all exchanges and refunds.

To ensure a smooth and secure return process, we recommend shipping your return bracelet via an insured ‘signature required’ delivery method. Please note that MONTAROCK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit.

Be sure to follow the instructions provided in the email once your return request is approved.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team right away.

We may ask you to provide images or proof of the damage or defect to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Your cooperation ensures we can assist you efficiently and minimize any inconvenience.

Exceptions: Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the parcel is destroyed, we regret that we cannot offer a replacement, re-shipment, or refund.

If you notice an error in your address, please email us immediately so we can correct it. However, once your order has left our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes to the address.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! If you placed an order by mistake or changed your mind, contact us as soon as possible.

  • If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll cancel it right away and issue a full refund.
  • For shipped orders, cancellations may no longer be possible, but we’ll guide you on the next steps if needed.
